The Mission of the MCAS Cherry Point Distribution Management Office is to provide fast, friendly, and effective services for shipment, receipt, pickup, delivery, and storage of all personal property for military and civilian members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, and other DOD agencies moving into, within or out of the geographic area specified as The MCAS Cherry Point Area (Beaufort, Carteret, Craven, Hyde and Pamlico counties) of operations.
For appointments, please call customer service at 252-466-2345. If you have problems with a personal property move in progress, please call the Quality Assurance at (252) 466-3043 Monday-Friday from 0800-1630 (except Federal Holidays). If you have an emergent freight issue, please call 252-288-2412; if you have an emergent passenger travel issue, please call 252-288-2306.

I encourage you to make use of e-mail at CHPT SUPPLY-DMO OMB when possible, instead of telephoning the Cherry Point Office. We receive over a half-million calls per year. During the Peak Season (April - September) our telephone system struggles to handle the volume of calls, despite costly upgrades.
