Requirements for permanent DOD installation decal:
• State drivers license
• Military or Civilian ID card
• Valid state vehicle registration
• Proof of NC liability insurance limits
• Driver's improvement card of all military personnel 25 years or younger
• Copy of Tittle Application Page when license plates have been transferred .

0600 - 1800 Monday - Friday, Closed weekends and holidays.
Visitor passes issued by the sentry at the Main Gate during the hours that Pass and ID is closed:
• Access control for all visitors coming aboard the Air Station
• Issue visitor passes
• Issue temporary vehicle registration passes (only one, 30-day pass will be issued)
• After hours check-in of Military personnel
• Visitor sponsorships from MCAS residents

FLIGHTLINE ACCESS

Documents required:
• Picture ID issued by state or government agency
• Criminal background check covering the last two years
• Birth certificate or other proof of U.S. Citizenship, immigration status or work permit
• Business permit issue by Station Inspector's Office
• Contracting Officer or sponsorship letter from an agency assigned to MCAS Cherry Point
