JOINT BASE CAPE COD, Mass. — Among the windswept pine trees of Joint Base Cape Cod, 14 Soldiers battled it out in the 2016 Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition to earn the title of Army Guard Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
