HSI agents capture Mexican national wanted for kidnapping

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents captured a Mexican national wanted in his native country for allegedly kidnapping a Mexican citizen and attempting to murder a Mexican police officer. They turned him over to Mexican law enforcement authorities last Thursday afternoon.
