The FASTLANE program is authorized at $4.5 billion for fiscal years 2016 through 2020, including $850 million for fiscal year 2017. FASTLANE applications for 2017 funding are due December 15, 2016  This is an explanatory webinar on how to prepare a benefit cost analysis as part of an FASTLANE application and is intended for all applicants.
