FEMA Logistics Establishes Staging Area for Trucks

FEMA Region III’s Marlon Owens (far right) coordinates with logistics staff to organize and place trucks with food, water, and blankets at the staging area at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia in anticipation of Hurricane Matthew. Those resources were then moved to the states that needed them most, including North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
