1.     Complete IS-100b (or its equivalent), This course is available on-line.
 
2.     Complete IS-200b (or its equivalent), This course is available on-line.
 
3.     Complete IS-700a (or its equivalent), This course is available on-line.
 
4.     Complete IS-800b (or its equivalent), This course is available on-line.
 
5.     Complete Critical Incident Stress awareness training.  This course is available on-line.
 
6.Complete DHS/FEMA National US&R Response System Orientation course as part of the Task Force orientation.   This course is available on-line.
 
7.Complete respiratory protection training per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 (k).  This course is available on-line.
   
       a.  Complete refresher training as required for respiratory protection training per   OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 (k).  This course is available on-line.
 
8. Complete Blood-borne Pathogen training.  This course is available on-line.
 
      9.Complete NFPA 1670 Awareness Level training for: 
 
a. Confined space rescue operations.  This is a classroom attended course with 4 contact hours.  Please contact our training coordinator for further information and scheduling.
b. Water rescue operations.  This is a classroom attended course with 4 contact hours.  Please contact our training coordinator for further information and scheduling.
c. Structural collapse operations.  This is a classroom attended course with 4 contact hours.  Please contact our training coordinator for further information and scheduling.
 
10 .Be currently certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Task force members currently licensed or certified as EMT (all levels) and licensed Board Certified Emergency Physicians inherently meet this requirement).  This is a classroom attended course with 6 contact hours.  Please contact our training coordinator for further information and scheduling.
 
11. Complete initial training at the First Responder Operations Level for Hazardous Materials (OSHA 29 CFR, 1910.120).  This is a classroom attended course with 16 contact hours.  Please contact our training coordinator for further information and scheduling.
