Training

DHSEM requires all persons taking training to register through the Homeland Security Training Database system. This tool was created to streamline the registration and tracking process. In order to register for training, please go to www.onlinelearning.wv.gov/dmapscm6 

All listed courses are based on information provided through local THIRA submission and the decisions made at the Improvement Planning Workshops.

Requirements

County emergency management directors are required to have 48 hours of training each year. Half of those hours are to be classroom hours while the other half may be independent study hours.
