The Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) is a Federally funded program administrated by the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). In the event of a Presidentially declared disaster, the Governor of the impacted State may request the implementation of the DCMP if the declaration includes Individual Assistance.
