Marines with the Ist Marine Expeditionary Force (IMEF)are working with the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory from Quantico, Virginia in an Expeditionary Force-21 Limited Objective Experiment (LOE) intended to provide a better understanding of the capabilities and requirements needed in the next generation light infantry vehicle. The Marines are wrapping up training at Camp Pendleton before moving up the coast to Fort Hunter Liggett where a several weeks-long experiment will be conducted.
