This video is the French version of the Cause II video, providing audio and caption text in French. This is a story of emergency managers in Maine and New Brunswick preparing to deal with disasters and some of the technologies being developed to help. They were brought together in a cross-border experiment in 2013 called the Canada U.S. Resiliency Experiment II commonly called CAUSE II.
