Phase 1 - Students receive orientation and begin Train the Trainer (T3) instruction to include manage unit training and creating / performing a guided discussion evaluated by the course instructors.
Phase 2 - Students receive instruction on tactical engineer equipment licensing program.
Phase 3 - Students receive instruction on maintenance management.
Phase 4 - Math is reviewed and students receive instruction on production estimations.
Phase 5 - Students receive advanced instruction on characteristics, capabilities, and fundamentals of engineer equipment and the use of the grade control system.
