The Naval Acquisition Associate Program (NAAP) provides professional development to promote the growth of experienced professionals in financial management analysis, contracting, logistics, information technology and science and engineering. Acquisition professionals are vital to NAVAIR’s success.

Participating in this two-year, paid program will provide you with the opportunity to become an accomplished, skilled civilian employee, ready to aid in NAVAIR’s continued success. This program is designed for degreed, experienced acquisition professionals looking to jump start their career with NAVAIR. NADP allows you to participate in a structured management training program with education, extensive on-the-job training and opportunities to earn acquisition certifications.
