Credit Monitoring Services BPA

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) awarded a DHS-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Credit Monitoring Services. The purpose of this BPA is to notify and provide credit monitoring services to individuals that may be at risk of credit problems associated with potentially compromised Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Services include credit report monitoring from all three credit bureaus, alerts for changes to credit reports, fraud resolution support, and identify theft insurance. Support services are also available that include notification services and call center support. All DHS Components are authorized users of this BPA.
