Project Description:   The contractor will design a new experiment for long-term pavement performance (LTPP) involving warm-mix asphalt. The project will include the formation of a temporary expert task group and the following items: experiment design, materials testing, performance monitoring, construction data, other data collection, and marketing materials.

The objective of this contract is to design a new experiment for long-term pavement performance (LTPP) that includes warm-mix asphalt (WMA).
