The U.S. Marine Corps Forces Reserve Public Affairs Department is composed of three sections: Public Affairs, Combat Camera, and U.S. Marine Corps Band New Orleans. Each section provides a shared service based on capability to the Commander, Marine Forces Reserve; Force Headquarters Group (Force-level units and the Individual Ready Reserve); the 4th Marine Division; the 4th Marine Logistics Group; the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing; Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans; and Marine Forces North, which is the Marine Corps Service Component to the Colorado Springs, Colo.-based U.S. Northern Command. The Public Affairs Department also deploys integrated communication teams for exercise support requirements.
