Hurricane Matthew is a powerful Category 4 storm that is forecasted to come close to coastal Georgia on Friday. Georgia residents in coastal areas EAST of Interstate 95 are under a MANDATORY EVACUATION. The six coastal counties include: Bryan, Chatham, Liberty, McIntosh, Glynn, and Camden.
