Records provided through this online service contain the driving record history for the past 3 years only, and are copies of the official State of New Mexico driver record as provided by the New Mexico Motor Vehicles Division.
What you need to obtain your driver history record:
- A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) to pay the driving record fee.
- Your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
- Your driver's license number: This 9-digit number can be found at the top of your license.

Non-Certified Driver Record
Non-Certified Driver Record: This version is not certified and may not be accepted by your employer, insurance agency or other parties that require a certified copy. The non-certified record is available for $6.63.
Certified Driver Record
Certified Driver Record: A certified copy of your driver record is accompanied by a letter of certification from the New Mexico MVD. The certified record is available for $9.99.
