ACCESS TO THE AUTOMATED ROUTING AND PERMITTING SYSTEM (ARPS) IS CONDITIONAL UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
ONLINE MANITOBA PERMIT SYSTEM
The information, data and material on the Motor Carrier Division (hereafter referred to as MCD) Permit Application Website is used for the purpose of issuing oversize, overweight and temporary registration permits for the Province of Manitoba.
Persons may apply for permits online through the MCD Permit Application Website.
There is no warranty, guarantee or representation that the MCD Permit Application Website will function without error, failure or interruption.
The user is responsible for assessing the accuracy and reliability of information on the MCD Permit Application Website himself or herself. This can be done by contacting Permit Services directly at

COMPUTER VIRUSES
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that the information provided on the MCD Permit Application Website does not contain computer viruses. However, the user is responsible for taking appropriate precautions to protect his or her system and information, including scanning for computer viruses.
NO LIABILITY

COLLECTION AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR PERMIT APPROVAL
Any personal information that you provide through the MCD ARPS is collected for the Government of Manitoba under the authority of section 36(1)(b) of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Protection Act (FIPPA). We only collect personal information, including your name, address, and telephone number and credit card information, that is necessary for approving and issuing permits that you apply for and the information you provide will only be used for this purpose.
In order to process your permit application, it may be necessary for MCD to share some of the personal information you have provided (excluding your credit card number or other financial information) with bodies outside the relevant Licensing Authority so they can authorize the permit. This can include: Manitoba Hydro, MTSAllstream, CN and Canadian Pacific Railway. Only the minimum necessary information will be provided to these outside bodies.
