The Transportation Policy and Service Development (TPSD) branch develops policies and initiatives, and provides advice and options to enhance the reliability, efficiency, accessibility, connectivity, safety, and sustainability of Manitoba’s transportation network, leading to improve the economic and social well-being of Manitobans.

This is achieved through multimodal, system-wide strategies and initiatives such as:
