Member Services Logon

Please enter your User ID and password below.  Note that both fields are case-sensitive.  Then click the appropriate button to logon depending on your payment preference.

Your User ID will be locked if there have been 5 consecutive logon failures due to an invalid password.  If that happens a new password will have to be assigned.  Please contact your account administrator if you have forgotten your password or if your User ID has been locked.

The various reports made available on this site are in Adobe PDF format.  Please ensure you have Adobe Reader installed and are familiar with its use including how to save the PDF reports on your local file system.

Payment Options

If you select a payment mode of "Charge to Account" any transaction fees will be charged to your customer account; transaction output will be available to you at the time you complete the transaction. If you elect to pay using a credit card a shopping cart is used to hold the output of your transactions until such time as your credit card information is entered.

Note the DMV accepts VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
