Provisions of Dodd-Frank require the transfer of Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) functions to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection on July 21, 2011. Savings and loan holding companies should file these applications through the Federal Reserve instead of the OTS commencing on July 21, 2011.
