Program Description
Low-income rental and cooperative housing is available if you are low-income and live in a rural area. You can get listings of housing projects through your state's Rural Development office.
You must apply directly to building management to determine if you qualify.

To qualify, you must live in a rural area and be considered low-income or very-low-income.

You can get a listing of low-income rental and cooperative housing in your area from your state's Rural Development field office. Use the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Service Center Locator to find an office near you.
