Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Ideas

It is time for FEMA to formulate both intrinsic/extrinsic and evacuee-related plans to address situations (like the current ebola crisis).

This should include public/private resources that address not only the situation but also widespread public reaction to the event.

Such an event may serve the propaganda purposes of terrorist groups that may seek to exploit the situation in furtherance of their agenda.

Why not partner with organizations such as Cisco to share their training labs? They have an extensive training system. We could use their equipment to teach topics that are useful in disaster response.

Our plan is to make an automatic sign that will warn people to Turn Around, Don't Drown and also put down a gate across the road so that people won't pass without considering the consequences. It will activate by sensing the water using a float or other type of sensor.
