FEMA and its partners are working on the National Preparedness Report, which tracks the progress toward achieving the National Preparedness Goal and will help inform the President’s budget for preparedness efforts.

FEMA and Cert trained candidates higher level of armed security

I think in a case of a natural disaster or man made disaster it would be helpful if FEMA and CERT trained individuals that have already been screen and licensed to carry firearms be trained and utilized for higher level situations where armed security would be beneficial to communities and individuals
