I am concerned about those who are in their cars as another round of tornados are forecasted. I have two ideas from watching the Oklahoma tornado communications problem. There are so many news networks in the area of the disaster and not much in the way of communications. Try to move people out of high risk locations, sounds impossable but it;s there only hope.

The rule has been plain text for years now, but some agencies refuse. This is still causing conflict in day to day commications. Deupties requesting firefighters to 10-25 them for 10-54 because they are 10-6. We quit teaching firefighters and EMS 10-codes almost 8 years ago when we went to plain text.
