Motor Carrier Safety Regulations; Technical Amendments
Final rule.
The FMCSA is amending the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) to update obsolete references and make certain grammatical corrections for clarity. In addition, we are correcting an error in the final rule on Brake Performance Requirements for Commercial Motor Vehicles published on August 9, 2002 in the Federal Register. FMCSA is not making any substantive changes to its regulations by these technical amendments.
