Electrical Power Grid to be Practically Enhanced for A/C

We need to put our brains together and create a volunteer task force who is going to look into how we can enhance the US Electrical Power Grid, practically, to provide air conditioning in areas experiencing extreme heat, in order to avoid deaths.
