In order for Delaware to stay in compliance with the new Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations that are effective July 8, 2015, an array of changes will occur. These changes will significantly impact the appearance as well as the restrictions and endorsements contained on the Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) or Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
