Program Execution

The program execution process implements the plans for product development created from the acquisition strategy. Manages the elements of the program's resources and risk, integrate government and contractor efforts, and report program status and issues. The program execution process is necessary to execute and track program plans, usually in concert with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
