Goals: |
(1) Validate performance new 4.75 mm Superpave (Superior PERforming Asphalt PAVEments) mix design to ensure minimal rutting and cracking performance.
(2) Gather laboratory engineering performance characteristics.
(3) Quantify ability of thin overlay to renew surface and delay top-down cracking.
