Project Description:   The scope of this contract is to develop an informational report that describes treatments of rural and suburban roadways that are not access controlled. Treatments for these kinds of roadways are described elsewhere and are not to be included. Although the emphasis of the informational report shall be on retrofit and resurfacing/rehabilitation operations, other situations shall also be considered.
Goals:   The objective of this project is to develop an informational report that describes treatments that result in driver self-selection of appropriate operational speeds on curve and tangent sections.
