This site provides a virtual exhibition of tools, technologies and knowledge products developed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Centers of Excellence (COEs). It is sponsored through the DHSCenters of Excellence network, an extended consortium of hundreds of universities conducting ground-breaking research to address homeland security challenges.
