We invite you to join the Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman for our Annual Conference to be held on December 6, 2016. Registration is free, and will be advertised online prior to the event.

The conference will include keynote speakers and panel discussions with federal officials and public stakeholders. Additional information on conference topics, which will focus on trends in family, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration, will be disseminated as the conference date approaches.

The Ombudsman’s Office, created by Congress in the Homeland Security Act of 2002, assists individuals and employers encountering difficulties with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.  In addition to our work on individual cases, we also make recommendations to address systemic issues in the delivery of citizenship and immigration services.
