State Transportation Agency's (STA) Internal EEO Program

The purpose of the State Transportation Agency's (STA) Internal EEO Program is to ensure fair and equal treatment of persons regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, and disability in all employment practices. The STA has the responsibility to develop and implement an Affirmative Action (AA) program plan to achieve parity of minorities and females in all major job categories. The purpose of the Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) is the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action (EEO) of the Seta's programs. The purpose of the AAP Update is to report the progress and accomplishments of the STA's EEO programs.
