However, we reset passwords last year out of an abundance of caution to ensure the protection of your information.

A Note About Training
Proof of flood insurance training must be submitted every 2 years to stay active in the FloodSmart Agent
Referral Program. Documentation—showing your name (which has to match the name on the profile), course name,
length of the course, and course completion date—should be uploaded to your profile for verification.
