Uniforms IDIQ

The Uniforms vehicle is a single-award IDIQ contract that provides Components with uniform clothing items required to project a distinctive, professional, and publicly recognized image in executing the Department's missions. This vehicle includes on-site Quartmaster/Uniform Services Operations (FLETC) facility, male/female uniforms, standard and made-to-measure sizes, etc.

Under this vehicle, DHS Components, along with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), may place orders on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) basis. This includes employee allowance account, hardship, urgent, and bulk orders.

• Providing a comprehensive range of support services/commodities for use throughout the DHS;
• Allowing Contracting Officers (CO) to fill Departmental requirements more efficiently and results in shorter wait times due to pre-established pricing and terms & conditions; and
• Leveraging DHS spend in acquiring essential support services in an effective, economical, and expedient manner consistent with the DHS mission.
