Transportation Employee Shuttle Services BPA

The Transportation Employee Shuttle Services BPAs have been established for use by DHS and its component organizations in support of transporting Federal employees between their places of business and mass transit stations for the purpose of facilitating employee commutes and the conduct of official government business.

These BPAs were awarded utilizing Federal Supply Schedule 48: Transportation, Delivery and Relocations Solutions, Special Item Number (SIN) 411-1: Ground Transportation Services.

Under these BPAs, DHS Component may place orders on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA) and Labor Hour (LH) basis.
