Technical Investigative Surveillance Equipment (TechOps) IDIQ

The Technical Investigative Surveillance Equipment (TechOps) is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle, specifically designed to procure technical investigative surveillance equipment for use during lawfully authorized criminal investigations.

TechOps encompasses covert audio equipment, covert video equipment, and ancillary services. As a GWAC, other Federal Agencies with Law Enforcement Authority may also utilize these contracts.

Under this IDIQ, DHS components and federal agencies who meet the requirements of Section G.2. Authorized Users may issue orders on a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), or Cost Reimbursement basis. Equipment shall be fixed price, ancillary services will be T&M and travel costs associated with services shall be reimbursed at actual cost.
