Dr. Erin Walsh is a program manager in the Cyber Security Division for the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) at DHS S&T. She currently manages the Critical Infrastructure Design and Adaptive Resilient Systems (CIDARS).

Prior to joining CSD, she managed mitigation projects related to community resilience and building science at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University, a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Environmental Science, and a doctorate in Industrial Ecology from Yale University.
