The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) “If You See Something, Say Something™” public awareness campaign and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) jointly released a new Public Service Announcement (PSA) for the upcoming NCAA Winter and Spring Championships to remind fans to stay safe and alert as they cheer on their favorite teams.
