GRaDER Program Product Listing Agreement

The GRaDERSM Program Product Listing Agreement outlines the relationship between the participating manufacturer and the government entity known as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) that pertains to the program standards of behavior for both parties while a Rad/Nuc detection (and identification) instrument is under evaluation for or included on the GRaDER Evaluated Equipment List. The agreement specifically identifies the acronym for the Graduated Rad/Nuc Detector Evaluation and Reporting Program (GRaDERSM) as a trademark, and stipulates certain rules of use in advertising and other forms of communications and business relationships.

The manufacturer must submit the completed agreement as a part of the application for a DNDO GRaDERSM Program instrument evaluation. The application for a DNDO GRaDERSM Program instrument evaluation may be returned without action if this requirement is not satisfied.
