FSSI Domestic Delivery Services - Third Generation (DDS3) BPA

The third generation Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) Domestic Delivery Services (DDS3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) provide the Federal Government with access to domestic delivery services for both air and ground shipments to locations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The BPAs, awarded under the General Services Administration (GSA) Transportation, Delivery and Relocation Solutions, Schedule 48, streamline the acquisition of delivery services and leverage the Federal Government’s buying power to achieve the best possible pricing and discounts.

The DDS3 BPAs provide the following benefits:

• Established “best in class” pricing and discounts;
• Ability to ship hazardous material and dangerous goods;
• Waived fuel surcharges for parcel shipments; and
• Improved management of inbound, outbound, and intra-agency shipments.

Period of Performance (POP)

One base year + 2 one-year option years (10/1/2014 - 9/30/2017)
