If your case involves an individual in detention or subject to removal, you may contact U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ERO Community for assistance.

For concerns regarding an abuse of civil rights, civil liberties, or profiling on the basis of race, ethnicity, or religion, by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees and officials, you may contact the DHS Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.

To report fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement, or other criminal or noncriminal misconduct related to the Department’s programs or operations, contact the Office of Inspector General hotline at: (toll free) 1(800) 323-8603 or fax at (202) 245-4292.
