Authority: 5 U.S.C. § 301; 44 U.S.C. § 3101; 42 U.S.C. § 5196 (d), (g), and (h); and 42 U.S.C. § 5196 (f)
Purpose: FEMA will use the information to register you as a member of the National Preparedness Coalition.
As a member of the National Preparedness Coalition you will have access to community.fema.gov, its unique resources, and the ability
to interact with other members of the National Preparedness Coalition.
Routine Uses: This information may be disclosed as generally permitted under 5 U.S.C. § 552a(b) of the Privacy Act of 1974,
as amended, including disclosing this information as necessary and authorized by the routine uses published in
DHS/ALL– 004 General Information Technology Access Account Records (September 29, 2009, 74 FR 187)
