Training Identification and Preparedness Planning

This course is designed to teach participants how to create effective training plans for their agencies and jurisdiction using an approach that includes the whole community. Participants will be able to identify and catalog training goals and pinpoint ways to meet them by prioritizing training efforts, developing improvement plans, and implementing a course of action. After all, agencies that plan and train together with the community can successfully respond together to disaster.
