Get Ready! Stay Ready! Booth. The City of Henderson is urging residents to Get READY! Stay READY! in case of an emergency. As part of the city's Emergency Preparedness campaign, we are encouraging residents to do ONE thing each month to prepare for an emergency. At this event, we will discuss the different types of disasters that can affect Southern Nevada, how you can prepare and plan for emergencies, and how to sign up and receive emergency alerts.
