Elliot F. Kaye

Dana Baiocco - Term: Retroactively October 2017 to October 2024
Dana Baiocco

Dana Baiocco joined the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on June 1, 2018. She was confirmed by the Senate on May 22, 2018. Ms. Baiocco’s appointment by President Donald Trump is for a seven-year term, retroactively beginning on October 27, 2017.
Peter A. Feldman - Term: October 5, 2018 to October 2026
Peter A. Feldman

Peter A. Feldman is a Commissioner at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).  He was nominated by President Donald J. Trump, and confirmed by the United States Senate, to complete the remainder of a term expiring in October 2019.  Mr. Feldman was re-nominated, and confirmed, to a subsequent seven-year term that will expire in October 2026.  He began serving as a Commissioner on October 5, 2018.

Nancy Nord

Began serving as Commissioner May 12, 2005. Served as Acting Chairman from July 16, 2006, through May 31, 2009. Served until October 26, 2013.

Thomas H. Moore
