You may register your fire department in one of two ways:
1. Register online preferred method
Choose your state, enter the Fire Department ID (FDID) if known, and select the “Begin” button to start your registration. If you do not know the FDID, please contact your NFIRS State Program Manager.
2. Register by fax or mail
Please fax the registration form to 301-447-1049 or mail to:
