Buy America; Rolling Stock, Technical Amendment
Technical amendment.
This technical amendment restores appendices to Sec. 661.11 of the agency's Buy America regulation, which governs procurements of rolling stock. These appendices were inadvertently deleted during a recent revision of the rule.
